The house

This website is operated by Shivarnika, Sector 86, Gurugram, Haryana, India. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products

Every saree is handwoven. Slight irregularities in weave, slub and colour are inherent to handloom and are not defects. Photographs are taken in natural light; screens may render colour differently.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of 5% GST
• Payment is taken through our secure gateway (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or cash on delivery
• Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹25,000 within India
• We may cancel and refund an order if a piece sells out simultaneously in our atelier

Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment is received and you have an order number. Dispatch is within three working days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Intellectual property

All photography, motifs, text and the Shivarnika name and mark belong to the house and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
